New Dental Patients to our Hillmorton Dental Practice

Before you arrive for your first visit to our Rugby Practice you will have been sent a confidential medical questionnaire which we ask you to bring with you on this first visit. This makes the dentist aware of any medical details that may be important in the way we care for you.

On arrival at the practice your details will be entered on the Computerised Practice Management System. You will then be able to discuss this information with the dentist. During this consultation the dentist will carry out a full mouth examination of your teeth and gums including a full oral cancer screening and the taking of any necessary x-rays. You will then be able to discus your treatment with the dentist.
